Meet the team

Ross has a strong track record of building scale-up businesses and providing SaaS products for businesses. He co-founded and successfully exited consumer credit fund Grove Capital to a NASDAQ listed buyer. As Commercial Director of Business Finance Technology Group he was part of the core team that developed the open banking solution OpenWrks, one of the Nesta Open-up Challenge winners.

Ross brings a wealth of commercial acumen and event industry expertise to Switch.

Ben is a senior technologist with over 20 years industry experience. Ben was responsible for design and delivery of the UK's first SaaS solution into the hospitality retail sector within the UK in 2005. As a member of the board and part owner of MCR systems he built a complete startup technical department from scratch. The project was initially part funded with a DTI regional development grant, for which Ben was project lead.
 
Ben’s industry background and experience of cloud software, building back end rules engines and integrating services is integral to the software development of Switch.

Nate is an experienced front end developer with an eye for user experience and designing clear user interfaces. His software development knowledge and design expertise ensures that Switch has the end user in mind all the time.
